(In collaboration with 比卡国际) A mixed-used development proposal for a site with an area of 23,880 m2 at Harbin commercial centre. It comprises of 2 basements car parks, a 6-storey podium with commercial, entertainment and leisure activities. On top of the podium are 3 block of 24-storey residential towers. |
